Returns
To return a faulty item to suchgadget.com, please send an email with your name, address, order NO., item description, item value and reason for return to our SUPPORT for return authorisation. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email.
Once you have confirmation from us to return, simply return it back to us, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return) and please include a description of why the product is been returned.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND REGISTERED POST ONLY. We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund back to your account if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.
Refunds
